Shots fired

I was thinking I might make a visit up to the DMZ (North/South Korea demilitarized zone) before the semester starts, but maybe now’s not a good time.

This is one of those incidents that has an equal chance of being completely forgotten by both sides as it does exploding into a real temper tantrum. Depends on what exactly went down and what people say.

Hmmm…. Jeju Island seems nice and peaceful.

Update: OK, I guess it’s not such a big deal. The Marmot’s Hole reports it’s “nothing to worry about.” Not that I was, but it’s nice to know.
